1. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 21 or over at the time of entry.

Employees of MOKE International, their close relatives, or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.
2. Competition Period

The competition opens on 18th May 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM BST on 30th September 2025.

Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter

The competition is being run across multiple channels, including:

Social media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)

In-person

Via email marketing campaigns

Through our official website

Entry instructions for each channel will be clearly outlined at the point of entry.

Only one entry per person is allowed, regardless of entry method.
By entering the competition, you give MOKE International permission to contact you in relation to the competition and for marketing purposes, in line with our privacy policy.
4. The Prize

The winner will receive exclusive use of a MOKE vehicle for one weekend (Friday to Sunday).

The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

The date of the weekend will be subject to availability and must be agreed with MOKE International in advance.

Fuel, insurance, and any fines or penalties incurred during the prize period are the responsibility of the winner.
5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.

The winner will be notified via the channel through which they entered (e.g., social media DM, email) within 7 days of the competition closing.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, MOKE International reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Driver Requirements

The winner must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and provide proof upon request.

The winner must either reside in London or be able to make their own way to London to collect and return the vehicle.

A driving record check may be required before the prize is issued.

The winner must agree to and sign any necessary rental or usage agreements provided by MOKE International or its vehicle partner.
7. General

MOKE International reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

MOKE International accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with MOKE International or any other third parties unless otherwise stated.
