USA WIN A MOKE FOR THE WEEKEND T’s and C’s

1. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of California aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

• Employees of MOKE International, their immediate family members, or anyone involved in the administration or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.

2. Competition Period

• The competition opens at 7am on June 21st, 2025, and closes at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on June 22nd, 2025.

• Entries received outside this time frame will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

• The competition is being run across multiple channels, including:

  • Social media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)

  • In-person

  • Through our official website

• Entry instructions for each channel will be clearly outlined at the point of entry.

• Only one entry per person is allowed, regardless of entry method.

• By entering, you consent to MOKE International contacting you regarding the competition and marketing communications, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

4. The Prize

• The winner will receive exclusive use of a MOKE vehicle for one weekend (Friday through Sunday).

• The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no cash alternative will be provided.

• The weekend date is subject to availability and must be mutually agreed upon in advance.

• Winner is responsible for fuel, insurance (if not provided by MOKE), parking fees, traffic violations, or other fines during the prize period. 

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

• Notification will be made via the entry platform (e.g., direct message, email) within 7 days after the competition closes.

• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Driver Requirements

• Winner must hold a valid California driver’s license and provide proof upon request.

• Winner must reside within a reasonable distance to collect and return the vehicle, or arrange transportation independently.

• MOKE International may conduct a driving record check prior to awarding the prize.

• Winner will be required to sign any rental or usage agreements before receiving the vehicle.

7. General

• MOKE International reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

• MOKE International is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize.

• This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform or third party unless explicitly stated.
